Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

  1. Only items purchased directly from www.naturefaux.com are eligible for returns and exchanges.
  2. Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped within the United States of America only; International orders are not accepted.
  3. Initiate a return within 14 days, ensuring all items are unused and returned in their original packaging.
  4. Items purchased with automatic discounts or discount codes are only eligible for merchandise credit to www.naturefaux.com in the form of a digital e-gift card. Sale items remain subject to the 14-day return window.
  5. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. To start a return, contact us at info@naturefaux.com or use the contact form on our website, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Shipping and Return Instructions:

  1. Upon requesting a return, a pre-paid return label will be provided.
  2. It is strongly recommended to use the provided label, as return shipping charges beyond our label are non-refundable.
  3. Drop off items at the designated courier service mentioned on the return label.
  4. Customers are responsible for securely packing the item(s) for return.
  5. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds for items in original condition, packaging, and unused will be processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method. Discounted items will receive an e-gift card within 1-3 business days. Refund processing time in your bank or credit card statement may vary.

Damages:

We want to make things right in case you receive a damaged item. If this happens, please inspect your order when received and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We'll assess the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To ensure eligibility for a replacement, it is imperative to adhere to the specified steps outlined. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process your replacement.

1. Please take photos of all damaged items individually clearly showing the damage.

2. Please take photos of all the damaged items together to show the total count of damaged items all in one picture.

3. Take photos of the box in which the items were received in. If the box is damaged, please ensure that the damage is shown in the photo.

4. Photos must be E-mailed to info@naturefaux.com within 2 days of delivery.

Cancellation:

Cancel your order within 2 hours from the order date and time.
